Staff Availability

When any staff member clicks on Staff Availability in the Availability drop down list they see their own availability diary all the way into the future, every half hour from 6 am to midnight - and they can access from any PC, smart phone or tablet.

Managers can access availability for any member of staff.

This function is what makes it possible for housekeepers to be allocated automatically when bookings are created.
